Match #1

She was just way too strong for him. Score one for the girls!

  1. Responding to your message on the other blog, honestly I had the same experience. I hated wrestling girls because I knew I didn’t stand a chance. It’s so frustrating listening to a girl giggle as she easily pins you. I would go all out but it was just a fun little game for them. Why do you girls always have to rub it in so much! Isn’t beating us enough?

    1. because guys are so arrogant and they act like they're sooo good. even with all the referee bias and numbers you guys are still getting beat on the mats. So until you guys stop being arrogant, then i'll stop rubbing it in.

    2. I think I speak for most guys when I say I’m really intimidated by a girl wrestler. If we don’t act tough, then the girls know that we’ve already lost in our head. We have to cover up our intimidation by trying to intimidate girls. It never works, but it’s better than quivering before the match.

    3. Is giving yourself false confidence really better than quivering before the match? I love to rub it in the guys' faces after they lose especially if they acted cocky and confident before the match. Maybe if you were quivering i'd be a little nicer cause at least you'd know your place.

    4. I do know my place, so does any boy whose wrestled a girl. But it’s so humiliating to cower every time we’re facing a girl so that she won’t be so mean. And maybe some girls would be nicer, but there are plenty who bully us on the mat as soon as they know we’re intimidated by them

    5. Sounds like a guy-problem. If you don't like losing to us then get better. We have every right to gloat when we win.

    6. Sounds like something the girl wrestlers that enjoy bullying boys would say. Girls don’t gloat nearly as much when they outwrestle each other.

    7. That's because girls aren't arrogant to each other and try to intimidate each other before the match. Call it boy bullying if you want, I just think you guys deserve it until you can get better, or you simply accept the fact that you've lost.

Guys never put their money where their mouth is. They say they're gonna crush us and tell their teammates "oh watch me destroy this girl", and then the exact opposite happens. You'd be cocky too if you beat the guy in that situation too.

Have you ever beaten a girl in a wrestling match before? I bet if you did you gloated too. Or if you haven't, then I bet you would if you ever did win.

    8. You’re right, girls treat each other much better than they treat boys. I’d say too much better. Girls shouldn’t cheer on a girl on the opposing team as she destroys her male teammate just because they’re the same sex! It isn’t fair to their teammates.

No I’ve never beaten a girl, but I’ve been beaten by a lot who teased and intimidated me before, during, and after the match. It sounds like you were one of those girl wrestlers putting a lot of guys in my position.

    9. I like to cheer on the girls because I know how it's like to be wrestling with guys who are always cocky and arrogant. Girls are still discriminated on the mat, so it really is a battle of the sexes mentality for us. Girl powa!

and wow, you've never beaten a girl? Well, it's hard to say if you're a bad wrestler or the girls were just too good. Either way, it's kind of pathetic.. HAHA

    10. It’s a battle of the sexes mentality for us too, but we don’t have Girl Power on our side. We’re just getting creamed. It’s not nearly as enjoyable facing off against the opposite sex if you’re always on the losing side.

And don’t call me pathetic! Just because I’ve never beaten a girl doesn’t mean I’m a bad wrestler. I’m sure there’s been some guys that were too much for you. And I also don’t think you would be so cocky if you had to wrestle me yourself! It’s easier just to claim other girls’ victories.

    11. Out of my 4 years of wrestling in high school, I've only ever lost an official match to a guy once, and it was cause I just recovered from an injury. Almost all my losses were against other girls.

I promise you, you would not want to wrestle with me, unless you want to get choked out.

    12. “Recovering from an injury” maybe someone else is making excuses now? Sounds to me like a boy beat you fair and square. I bet the boys are the ones that injured you in the first place!

I’m certain I would have a height and weight class advantage over you. Maybe you’re the one being too cocky

    13. out of all the matches you've ever had with girls, you've never won even once. What makes you think you'd win against me?

Even if he did beat me fair and square, lets not forget the hundreds of times I creamed the guys..

    14. Because you’re too cocky for your own good. You’ll underestimate your opponent. Plus, you did lose to a boy. Sure you beat hundreds others, but so have most girls. A lot of girl wrestlers go undefeated against boys. Maybe you’re not as good as you think you are? And maybe I could take you and humble you again.

    15. Like I said, I just recovered from an injury that match, but you choose not to believe me. I'm not as good as I think I am? Ask that to the hundreds of guys that I wiped the floor with.

      Delete
    16. But what if it was a boy that injured you? Then the matches had to be more competitive than you’re making them out to be.

Were all your wrestling matches against guys official?

    17. I was recovering from an unrelated rock climbing accident that day. I'm not going to deny, some guys were better than I expected, but by far and large, girls were the only ones who could truly challenge me.

no, I've had plenty of guys challenge me to rematches unofficially. I bet you can guess how those turned out.

      Delete
    18. I guess I’ve heard similar from other girls. If they want a challenge, stay in the girls league. What would make those guys want a rematch? Especially an unofficial one

      Delete
    19. Guys who lost and made excuses, or guys who just couldn't accept defeat.

Unfortunately for both girls and guys, there are no leagues just for girls because there arent enough girls that wrestle. That's why girls and guys have to compete together. Unfortunate for girls because it's too easy, unfortunate for guys because they have to face girls.

    20. That seems worse off for us. You’re trouble is wins coming too easily. We don’t even get to consider winning if there’s more than a few girl wrestlers.

      Delete
    21. Well it's also not fun when you want a real challenge... but then you find out you're up against a guy. LOL

      Delete
    22. Ha ha real funny. What REALLY isn’t fun is wanting a win and finding out you’re against a girl. Any energy and motivation you have is just gone.

      Delete
    23. HAHAHA if you think about it, it's funny how pathetic you guys sound. Guys like to think they're the stronger sex, and then complain about getting completely creamed by the girls.

      Delete
    24. Stop calling us pathetic! Yes we like to think we’re stronger, yes girls are the real stronger sex, yes we get completely creamed by girls. That doesn’t give you any right to make fun of us.

      Delete
    25. Yes it does. LOL. We're the winners, WE make the rules. If we want to taunt you, then we will.

After all, lets not forget how arrogant guys are before their matches.

      Delete
  2. But girls are more arrogant after the match. You’ve already won, that’s all you need to prove yourselves as the winners. You don’t have to embarrass us and make us cry afterwards. But you do.
