I don’t think it’s fair to make boys wrestle girls side by side like this. Imagine what the boy must’ve been thinking watching another guy get pinned by a girl in the middle of his own match against a girl! There’s no way he’d be able to focus after that.
But we don’t know what’s going on in that other match. Maybe the boy was wrestling up a weight class or something. What I do know is that there’s no way a boy can walk back onto the mat against a girl wrestler with confidence after watching another boy get pinned by a girl.
